By enabling and using the Los 40 León 93.1 FM Alexa Skill ("the Skill"), developed and operated by Grupo Audiorama Comuncaciones, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before activation.

1. Scope of Service

The Skill provides an audio streaming interface that allows users to access the live broadcast of the 93.1 FM radio station in León, Guanajuato, via Amazon Alexa-enabled devices. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All broadcast content, including but not limited to music, audio programs, voice recordings, trademarks, and logos (specifically "Los 40 León" branding), are the exclusive property of their respective owners and are protected by international intellectual property laws. Usage of the Skill does not grant any license or right to reproduce, distribute, or modify the streamed content.

3. User Obligations and Restrictions

Users are prohibited from:

Engaging in any commercial re-broadcast or public performance of the audio stream provided by the Skill.
Attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract the source code and streaming URLs of the Skill.
Using the Skill in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the hosting servers or associated networks.

4. Privacy and Data Processing

The Skill operates under a Privacy-by-Design principle.

Data Collection: The Skill does not collect, store, or share any Personally Identifiable Information (PII), such as names, email addresses, or precise geolocation.
Voice Processing: Voice commands are processed locally by Amazon’s Alexa Voice Service (AVS) to execute specific intents (e.g., Play, Pause, Resume). No voice recordings are stored or accessed by the Skill developer.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pura Banda and Los 40 León shall not be held liable for:

Service interruptions caused by network latency, ISP failures, or downtime of the Amazon Alexa infrastructure.
Any data overage charges incurred by the user while streaming audio through the Skill.
Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Skill.

6. External Links and Third-Party Services

The Skill utilizes the Amazon Alexa platform. Users are also subject to the Amazon Alexa Terms of Use and the Amazon Privacy Notice.

Bienvenido a la Skill de Alexa de Los 40 León 93.1 FM, operada por Pura Banda Guanajuato. Al activar y utilizar nuestra Skill, usted acepta los siguientes términos y condiciones:

La Skill de Los 40 León permite a los usuarios acceder a la transmisión en vivo de la estación de radio 93.1 FM en León, Guanajuato, a través de dispositivos compatibles con Amazon Alexa. El acceso es gratuito, aunque requiere una conexión a internet activa.

2. Propiedad Intelectual

3. Uso Permitido

Esta Skill está destinada únicamente para uso personal y no comercial. Queda prohibido:

Retransmitir el contenido de la Skill de forma pública con fines de lucro.
Intentar extraer el flujo de audio (streaming) para fines ajenos al uso en dispositivos Alexa.

4. Privacidad y Datos

Nuestra Skill no recopila, almacena ni comparte información personal del usuario (como nombres, correos electrónicos o ubicación exacta). La interacción se limita a procesar los comandos de voz necesarios para reproducir o detener la señal de audio.

5. Limitación de Responsabilidad

Pura Banda y Los 40 León no se hacen responsables por:

Interrupciones en la señal debidas a fallas en el proveedor de internet del usuario.
Cualquier mal funcionamiento derivado de la plataforma Amazon Alexa.
Cargos por consumo de datos derivados del uso del streaming.

6. Modificaciones

Nos reservamos el derecho de actualizar esta Skill o estos términos en cualquier momento para mejorar el servicio o cumplir con normativas legales.
